Party Terms & Conditions

Please note if the final balance is not paid by at least 7 days before the date of the party your party maybe cancelled.
This can be paid by cash or debit/credit card by calling 01606 863623 or calling into the venue.
Please familiarise yourself with the terms and conditions of our parties:
1. If you wish to cancel your party the options are to:
  – Reschedule to a new date.
  – Cancel 48 hours before the party, a refund will issued less the deposit paid
  – Cancel within 48 hours of the party, the deposit will be deducted along with 50% of any final balance paid.

2. Excluding private parties, all party guests, children, and adults will be seated in the party room. With no additional charge for adults.
3. A Party cake is not included in any package, but if you wish to bring along a cake, napkins and candles we will be more than happy to present and slice and wrap the cake for you.
(Please note firework candles are not permitted).
4. Final Party Balances MUST be paid in full at least 7 days before the party date. This can be done either by telephoning us on 01606 863623 or calling into the venue.
5. Bookings are non-transferable to other dates and times unless at the discretion of management.
6. At least one guardian to every six children must attend the party to aid with child supervision.
7. If any child has any special dietary requirements i.e., vegetarian, dairy allergies etc, please advise us at least one week before the party date.
8. Toys included within Deluxe party bags are subject to stock availability and may be subject to change.
9. All parties have the duration of 1 hour and 45 mins. If you have booked the 4.15pm VIP or Nerf package, guests may arrive from 4pm onwards.
